Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
A juvenile female 15 years old plead guilty to disorderly conduct after an altercation with her mother. The mother was later convicted by a judge for domestic violence for the same incident. Does this seem appropriate?

Why not? It's possible for both sides in an altercation to break the law. In fact, it happens all the time.
