Re: marijuana cultivation

Cultivation under Ohio Revised Code 2925.11 is a minor misdemeanor if under 100 grams. There is no potential jail sentence. The number of plants is irrelevant under Ohio Law only weight.

Over 100 grams and under 200 grams is fourth degree misdemeanor, punishable with 30 days in jail and $250 fine.

Over 200 grams is a felony, up to one year in prison and $1250 fine.

Everything is weighed: root and all.

All crimes related to drugs do require a 6 month driver's license suspension, regardless as to whether you were driving at the time.
