obstruction
my boyfriend had my car and called told me to report it stolen,and get him a ride .i did not knowing he was involed in anything.now im charged with 2 felony and indited to the grand jury ,falsifying a polce report and obstruction.what is the charges im facing.and can they be droped to a misdermenor.

Although I would need more information, I believe you're charged with two fifth degree felonies. Each charge carries a prison term of up to 12 months although depending upon all of the circumstances of the offenses you would seem like a likely candidate for probation. It is certainly possible that the charges could be reduced to misdemeanors or even dismissed. If you haven't talked to a lawyer yet, you should.
