Question regarding expungement proceedings

I was convicted of a 4th degree felony in June of 2003. Currently I am looking to try to get the records sealed and would like to know how to go about it.

Re: Question regarding expungement proceedings

If this is your only criminal offense, I can file an exupungement motion for you since there are no forms for felony expungements. Since it also requires me to appear on your behalf in court, I would have to charge you $500. Contact me with any other questions if you like.

Re: Question regarding expungement proceedings

Are you off probation yet? Because, for a felony, you have to wait three years from the date your probation ends - not from the date of conviction - before you can file for expungement. Also, what were you convicted of? Because not all convictions are expungeable. And finally do you have any other criminal convictions, even misdemeanors? Because if you do that can affect your eligibilty as well.
