Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

about my son

my son and friends were in a car before school with bebe guns shooting out the window. well some one got hit my son had to go to court. well all the kids said someone did it but themselves. so we go to a trial and my question to you is through the trial the prosecuting attorney was talking to another child asking him questions, when he says so we may have a suspected killer. i am wanting to know if he is allowed to do so, i feel this is very wrong it has distroyed my son. he has never been in trouble before he is only 16. can you help?

It is difficult, perhaps impossible, to answer this question without knowing the full conversation. If the prosecutor made the comment about a "suspected killer" as part of his trial presentation then it might have been improper, but that would depend on the circumstances.

What did your son's attorney do in response to that statement?
