What is the definition of statutory rape in Ohio? Is there anything about the age difference between the two people?

Re: statutory rape

It is illegal if one of the actors is not yet 16. The penalty rises for a person if the older person is more than 7 years older. If the youngest person is at least 16, then there is no felony, but some cities have their own misdemeanors which make it a crime to have sexual contact with someone under 18. Those crimes are misdemeanors.
