You could be sentenced to up to 90 days in jail on the Resisting Arrest charge alone. If I were you, I would plead Not Guilty and get a lawyer. What court is this in?

No matter what, you need to plead not guilty, so that a pretrial can be set up for you in order to get a reduction. This will also give you time to talk to a lawyer, or have one appointed for you if you do not have the money. If you plead guilty or no contest, YOU WILL BE FOUND GUILTY OF BOTH CHARGES. YOU MUST PLEAD NOT GUILTY. You may contact me directly if you like.
