Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

I worked as a store manager for a retail company. During these years I have always had good audits and moved up to a corporate auditor status and did audits for the company. I ended employment with my company awhile ago and during that time the store was left for 5 days without a manager and also 4 key holders. The store was not audited for 6 months and I traveled regularly for atleast 4 or 5 days a week where I was not in the store. After I left an audit was conducted BY THE SAME company and they were missing a lot of product. They are accusing me. LP tried to contact me but no police or DAs etc. It has been over a month. Can I expect a letter from the police or call? Why haven't I yet? Any advice?

When the time comes - if and when - respond to them with either a written statement or a lawyer. Get your story established so this doesn't go any further. Be careful at every step because anything you say will be held against you - and sometimes the investigator doesn't take good notes - that's where the written statement comes in handy.
