4th degree o.v.i
my husband caught his 4th o.v.i/d.u.i. after hitting a school bus causing an accident. i would like to know what's the mandatory time this offense carries.

will need to know the time frame for these past three to tell. After 6 years they "fall off" for purposes of mandatory time.
