Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

Blowing under the legal limit.

I was pulled over for speeding and was obvious that I was dressed for a party. They had me do several alcohol tests and the breathelizer. I blew a .028 which I believe is under the limit. Why did I get charged with drunk driving? I plead no contest and was made to serve community service and attend a first timers retreat which will cost me $350 and a weekends pay of work. Plus the points and permanent record on my license. Is there a way to reverse this? I've already served some community service. Thanks for listening.

Re: Blowing under the legal limit.

This has to be the worst example of a person who went without a lawyer and got punished unfairly. There is practically nothing that can be done, since you have already been sentenced. We could file to void the judgment, but you will likely lose. What were you thinking??!!!!! What city were you in, as this might provide a window for re-opening the case.
