Some friends and i were stopped because the cops thought we were vandalizing a school and the cop makes the driver walk the line and take the breathalizer test and he blows a .017 and then he asks me if i had been drinking and i told him no twice and he did not believe me. i want to know if i can be charged with underage consumption if i didn't admit to drinking or take the test but the officer tried to say he could smell it on my breath but when i blew in my moms face she couldn't smell it?

You may be charged but you will have to go to trial to defend yourself. Testify and have your friend and mother testify and you should win.
