Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

OVI Ohio

I was stopped at an intersection waiting for light to change green to make a right turn. I signaled and when the light changed to green, made my right turn and was immediately pulled over by a state trooper who informed i made a right turn into the left lane, which is illegal (a fact which I did not know). The trooper then proceeded to give me a field sobriety test and a breathlyzer (I tested .206.) Of course I was arrested and once at the station waited while the trooper filled out the necessary forms. When he finished he gave me another breathlyzer stating that the 1st one didnt count?? Ok then what was the point of the 1st one? Also, although he seized my license he never informed me my license was immediately suspended (I didnt find that out until my arraignment in which I asked for a continuance for legal advice) or that I tested in the ''enhanced'' BAC, both facts which I feel should have been brought to my attention as this was my first DUI/OVI and had no idea. What kind of penalties am I facing and is there any possibility of reducing the charges?
