Can parent be financial responsible for law suite against 22 year old son
My son was involved in a car accident where one of the passengers in the car was serioulsy hurt. My son is being sued personally for medical bills . My son is 22years old living away from home. The car he was driving was not in my name nor his insurance. Can they came back and sue me his father for my sons accident.
