Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

I was also wondering if i was never read my miranda rights if i would have a good case to fight this. i was with a friend who got underage consumption, and he was never read his rights either,, so i have a witness...please e-mail me at [email protected]. i would really appreciate that.

Re: punishment for DUI

The max for a dui is 6 months in jail. 99.9% of all people charged with this do 3 days in jail or 3 days in a hotel taking a alcohol lecture.

The failure to read you your rights only suppresses any thing you may have said, it doesn't get you out of it.
