sentencing
My son is 21 and was convicted of OVI. He was sentenced and paid fines and court costs. He is now ordered to appear before a different judge for sentencing. (the other was a Magistrate) We thought we were finished. Is this legal?

If he was sentanced etc., not sure why he would need to appear in front of the Judge. Need more details and probably have to contact the Court.
