Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

underage possession

I recently got an underage possession in bowling green, ohio. I currently am a student at Ohio University. I was wondering what the general punishment is for this offense. And my other queestion is if i have an underage consumption as a juvinile, if that will affect my punishment, because it was sopposed to have been expunged from my record if i didnt get in trouble before december. The juvenile offense was when i was 16, so im not sure what will happen, but please just let me know what my punishmeent will probably be...

First offense they may have a program that dimisses the case. No worries on the Juvenile Court record being exposed. Drug test likely if any is mentioned in the police report. Probation if you're dirty.
