Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

what can cause a case to be thrown out. the police never ask for a license or an insurance card and i refused the breathalizor ticket shows a refusal court records show i blew. is there any thing to this?

The court record is just a data entry mistake and would not effect the actual case. The police officer's conduct would go towards whether or not he is a competant witness to observe whether or not you could safely operate a motor vehicle.

It always comes down to whether the officer can convince the jury that you were under the unfluence. Since the court thinks that you did not refuse, you should be able to get privileges sooner than you would have (15 days) since those who refuse cannot get privileges for 30 days.
