Legal Question in Education Law in Ohio
I go to Cardinal High School and they have recently locked our bathroom doors for almost two weeks and have taken the doors off the stalls also. we only have 4 min to use it and have alot of students waithing. this has all happened because one student thought it would be funny to use the sink as a toilet. Is this legal for them to do?
