Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I'm about to be 18 in 27 days I have yet to finish my senior year. My father currently has custody of me and we do not get along, my mother lives in Nevada and has no way of supporting me. I was planning on moving out when I turned 18, but I heard that I would not be able to because I will still be considered under age. Am I still able to move out to live with my boyfriends parents until I graduate like we have had planned for a year, or will I have to stay with my father and my step mother for the remainder of my schooling?

Unless there are some issues of abuse--what do you mean you "do not get along"?--it is advisable to stay with your date and stepmom until after graduation. Good luck.
