Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I currently have about a 60/40 parenting time and I am residential parent. I want my daughter to be with me during school days because I think are arrangements now will be hard when she starts school. What would a judge consider to be in childs best interest?

In other words, the other parent has the child midweek? It is probably in the child's best interest to be with the parent where the child attends school because of the child's schedule. Often, more summer vacation or break time is given to the other parent to make up for other times missed.
