the age a child can decide the parent they want to live with

What's the Ohio law of how old a child has to be to decide which parent they want to live with?

Ohio law used to set an age at which a child could "elect" which custodian he or she preferred to live with. the choice, of course could be overridden by a judge considering the child's "best interest." This, however, is no longer the case. The child's preference is always considered, with age generally determining how much "weight" to give that preference. But now it is just part of the mix.
