Re: chid support

The Court issuing the original child support order retains "continuing jurisdiction" to hear issues relating to the case, including modification of the support order. Where there is a material change in the circumstances, the Court will entertain a motion to modify the support order. A substantial deviation in day care expenses may amount to a substantial deviation.

An attorney would be able to help you with the paperwork and the proceedings necessary to have the Court consider changing your support obligation.
