Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

The child is the age of 12 and she no longer wants to have visits with her father. Does he still have to pay child support or is there a way to enforce the visits?

Generally, a shared parenting agreement will include a visitation schedule that must be complied with unless there are compelling reasons for the visitation not to be complied with. Contact a family law attorney. I would be happy to speak with you. Best of luck.
