Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My child support obligation was to include $5000/year for day care. My daughter has not been in day care since the order was put in place. How can I get this money returned to me? Because of the inflated day care expense and failure on my ex's part to include all her income, at the end of the worksheet, I am responsible for 100% of the COMBINED child support obligation, and 100% of the day care. I only recently was able to obtain a copy of the order as it was mailed (3 years ago) to an old address and was returned to the court.

In Ohio, you would need to petition the court for a change in the order setting your child support obligation. You would argue that there is change in circumstances since the original decree was based upon the assumption that your child would need day care, but since this never came about, the amounts need to be reconsidered.
