Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I Don't Know What To Do, For Help

Had a child out of wedlock, after years of court hearings, I couldn't make the 16 hr drive, 9 months pregnant to one hearing, I lost custody of my daughter that day (2 yrs ago)

I have been ordered to pay support each month, but i ask the courts for a paternity test, for my child and the man she lives with. They refused, said I never asked for one before (which is wrong), and that since he signed forms saying he was the father, that I cannot and have no right to ask for such test. Can they refuse me the test? What will they do if i take her to get the test without anyone knowing? Can I then keep the child when she comes for visitation, if he is not the father? Are there any forms that will help me?

You must obey the Court orders. If the Court says he is the legal dad then without a Court order saying otherwise he is considered the legal dad... How are you planing on getting the child tested without the father there? If you want to get any results you must file a motion with the court and do it the legal way. The more time that goes by the harder it will be. Time is really important. Good Luck
