Common law husband rights
The last four years I have been living with a woman who has two daughters by a previous person who pays child support. We had a son together who is nineteen months old .My responsibilities per Ohio law besides support for the son if we separate.

First of all, Ohio has abolished the common law marriage concept. Second, you owe no other financial obligation to your child other than what may be Court ordered such as health insurance.
