Can I file for a divorce in Ohio to appeal a Separate Maintenance ruling in Arkansas

This would not be an appeal but a removal of your case from one jurisdiction to another. A request of this nature depends upon the length of time the person resides in a given jurisdiction according to its residency requirement.
