Looking For Divorce from wife That I havent seen in 5 years
How can I get a divorce from my wife who has not been seen or heard from in 5 years.

You have to be sure to cover your bases attempting to locate her in order to inform the Court. If she cannot be physically located, then notice of the divorce action is published in a legal newspaper. She may or may be respond, following which the divorce proceeds with or without her.
