Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I have been divorced for 8 yrs. I have visitation rights for my two small children. I have one night a week, (Thursday) and every other weekend. My ex continually plans events on my weekends which creates havoc as my children want to have fun, yet interfere with my right to see them. Now, she is flat out refusing to allow me to see them. (Refuses to answer the door) The local police and sheriffs office can do nothing. Children's service tells me to document. I want to hold her in contempt of court and hold her accountable for wasting my time in this matter. It should not be an issue. I have the right to see my children. I do pay child support faithfully.

In Ohio, your remedy is to file a motion with the court to have her show cause why she should not be held in contempt for her actions (or inactions) in failing to honor the court's order with regard to visitation.
