Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
I am being falsely accused by a "unknown" neighbor of letting my 3 yr old son in the road~ Someone called Children Services and they came out and asked me a million questions and did everything but threaten me and wanted to speak to my 3yr & 9yr old and I said NO~what are my Rights?? I am being attacked for something that did NOT happen~the caller even had the wrong address of us. PLEASE help, I am assumed guilty and now I have 45 days of house visits and questioning all because an "unknown" caller reported this??? I want to contest this, as a Mom, this hurts & bothers me terribley that I have no rights! I let them in my house, answered there questions and they could obviously see that my children are WELL cared for & taken care of!! PLEASE help me~this is unjust, and what keeps anyone from making "FALSE" accusations against someone they just don't like if this is what the person is going to be put through!!

You need to get them to prove that the initial report pertains to you. However, you should have an attorney there to make sure that your rights are protected. I am happy to help you in this.
