Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I was married for 15 years. I'm originaly from Uzbekistan. We had a devorce. But We have 3 children. 2 boys are citizen of Uzbekistan and live over there with my parents and I support them,send for them every 10 days-or week about 200-250-300 dollars, it depends on my salary. Daughter is citizen of USA and now live with my x-wife. Bofere My x-wife had a husband here and again have a divorce with him aproximetly 1 mouth ago. And Yesterday I get the letter from wife that a have a court 12, March and must fill some forms, it is all about alimony. Please help me and give me advice what I can do.... If I will pay alimony for her, I don't have a chance to support my parents and my two suns and myself .

As far as I can tell from your question, there are two issues. One concerns financial obligations from your divorce. I assume you are in arrears with alimony payments to your ex-wife. The other concerns your immigration status as a permanent resident or citizen. I suggest you consult with an attorney, if you haven't already, to review both your divorce papers and immigration papers to be advised of your options.

There appears to be two issues presented by your question: 1) spousal support and 2) child support. If the ex-wife was married after she was married to you, there is a chance that the spousal support as terminated. It will depend on the terms of the separation agreement. As for the child support, if the children in Uzbekistan are from the same marriage as the daughter then the support will be calculated considering all three kids. Since this is an unusual situation you should be able to work it out so you get credit for those payments.
