Father rights

After 13yrs I would like to take the mother of my child to court. To have the visition rights and being able to cliam my child every other year put in stone. We were never married. Just went through the child support agency when our son was born. I would like that right. Not when she thinks so. I finally got my son on christmas last year for the first time in 13 yrs. I want more of them. I live in Illinois and he lives in Ohio 3 hrs away. I go back every other weekend to be with him. Last summer she allowed me to have our son for 3 weeks. Not enough time. I would like more.
