grandparents rights

in the court order i have it says that i have to pay 450 in attorney fees but this is how it reads...

mother shall pay paternal grandmother 450 in attorney fees for bringing the contempt action. mother shall make payment to Paternal Grandmother in the amounts she recives for child support when said support is received until the 450 is paid in full.... what dose that mean?

In contempt actions, the person found to be in contempt has to pay the attorney fees. Apparently the paternal grandmother loaned the father the money for this action and you are to pay her back directly. I'm not sure what the child support part of this means.
