Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

grandparents rights

we live in akron,ohio and we would like to know the law on grandparents rights.the parents of the gr.child are not married,and the mother doesent want the baby to spend time with the babys father's side of the family.we have no records or been in trouble with the law, so what rights do we have as far as seeing the baby

You need to file a motion for visitation with the court, and be prepared to show the past level of your relationship with the child, and that is in the child's best interests for it to continue.
