guardianship to grandmother

my child has a few mental health issues and would like to move back to ohio where we had resided to live with his grandmother. she fully agrees to this, however nor my mother or i have the funds needed to do this with a lawyer..how do i set him up in school in ohio without going through the courts?

Call the district in which you intend to enroll your son. Ask them what they will require. Each district has its own requirements.

Locate the agency in your county in Ohio that services your child's mental health condition, whether it is mental retardation or severe mental illness. An intake social worker should point you in the right direction.
