Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

my ex husband and I got a dissolution the entry states we alternate years for claiming our daughter, the entry does not say anything about being current on child support but my ex is not current and this is his year to claim her. Is he allowed to claim our daughter under Ohio Law if he is not current on support?

You cannot deny him seeing the children for being delinquent on support. You need to file a motion for contempt on the support. It carries a possible jail sentence nad sometimes attorney fees are also awarded. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions. Edward DiCato
