Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My husband's ex-wife disappeared without a way of contacting her from 4/2007 until 9/09, does she have a legal right to see their son if the son (15 years) does not wish to see her?

Your question is a bit unclear. Did she leave with their son? A parent does have parental and visitation rights. If the child does not wish to see her, this may be a matter for the court to help decide. Maybe mediation, maybe supervised visitation, maybe not.
