kicking out child

my daughter is 18, myself and three of my children live with my boy friend. he is also the father of my youngest. my daughter has been spending nights at a friends, and now my boyfriend said that she has to get out by 4:00pm today can he do this? it is his house.

This is a very difficult situation. Your daughter is no longer a minor child, and yet she is still very young. She might endanger herself by being asked to leave her home even though there are issues about her conduct. I suggest calling Adult Protective Services in your county and talking with an intake social worker. You should be able to do this anonymously.
