Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I left my daughters mother and she now thinks she has full custody of my daughter even though my name is on the birth certificate we were never married. She is denying me visitation and right to have my daughter. Do i have partial custody? and does she have the right to deny me?

In Ohio, if you want to get visitation, you will have to file a petition with the juvenile court of the county in which the children reside and make a motion to establish paternity and to have the court set up a vistiation schedule
