Is it legal for my fiancee to leave CT to go to OH with her children

I would like to know if it is legal for my fiancee to flee the State of Connecticut with her children without notifying the father. he is not currently paying child support.

That depends. Is there a custody decree or divorce decree that gives him custody and/or visitation? If so, what are the terms? Even if there are no terms which indicate whether either party can relocate out of state, she could be violating a custody and/or visitation order.

Whether he is paying child support is irrelevant to the issue regarding relocation.
