Legal Guardianship

My son is currently a high school junior in Nebraska. He wants to complete his schooling in Ohio and will be living with his grandparents. What do we have to do to give legal guardianship to my parents?

Once he moves to Ohio, you may consent to a guardianship petition filed by his grandparents in the probate court of their county of residence.
