Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

what is my legal right if my son's father takes him for a one day visitation against my will and without a legal visitation order. My son is 12 years old and his father has threatened in writing to take my son for the day while i am work.

If he has no visitation rights then this would be illegal. You could have him charged or bring an action in juvenile court to start determining the rights of both parties.
