Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I live in Ohio and when my son was born I had the thought to be father sign the acknowledgment of paternity affidavit and my son and 4 years old now and he has not been in his life and now asked to visit. i do not believe that he is the father can i get a court ordered paternity test?

You can get a paternity test if you believe that this man is not the father. You would need to go to court to do this. Also, you need to have evidence that this man might not be the father. Also, if he is requesting visitation I would fight it based on the fact that he has been absent from your child's life. You will want an attorney to assist you and I am happy to help.
