I live in Ohio my son lives with his mother in indiana ohio retatins jurisdiction on divorce. we have shared parenting 50/50 my son is 16 and told his mother he wants to stay with me in ohio for 2 weeks during the summer. Can she tell him no?

In Ohio, the wishes of the children may be a basis for a change in the parenting agreement but the court's order regarding visitation will govern this situation unless the court says differently.
