Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I have lived in Ohio with my son ( I have full custody) for 2.5 years. I would like to change the jurisdiction to Ohio, but don't know if I can because my ex-husband still lives in the state where my divorce was granted. Am I allowed to change venue?
