Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Parental Approval

Do I have the right as the residential parent (shared parenting w/ex) to say which of my ex's friends (including girlfriend who has a criminal background) can have contact with our children when they are with me? When they are anywhere except during their visitation with their dad?
