Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Who can pick up my child for my ex's visitations?

I am going through a divorce and have been awarded full custody of my daughter. My ex has visitation rights, but never picks her up. He always sends his parents to do so, can he do this?

He can do this unless the visitation order specifies otherwise. There is nothing in the law where he is required to exercise his visitation, and this also serves to allow his parents some time.

There is now law that says the his parents can not pick up the children, unless it will cause harm to the children. ie., it they do not have a valid drivers license or do not have the required car seat or either of the parents have a domestic violence on their record.
