Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Hi, Here is the question. I have a son who is 2 1/2 years old and I am not living with his mother. I took a picture of him and my girlfriend together in my sons crib. They are both fully clothed. There was nothing sexual about the picture. I posted the picture on my facebook page to share with my friends and family. It is a cute picture. My sons mother viewed the picture and was extremely upset! She told me that I was not being a good father by posting this picture. She would not explain why. All she said was that I should contact a lawyer and hve him or her explain to my why this was wrong. I hope some one with legal background could help me resolve this matter.
