reguarding custody

I want to know if i can seek full custody of my daughter if i gave my rights up. But she is being abused.

It depends on exactly what rights you have given up. If your parental rights have been terminated, then you cannot seek custody now. If you know your daughter is being abused, I suggest contacting children's protective services immediately for an investigation. Then worry about restoring your parental rights.
