Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Relocating in state, with minor children

My girlfriend lives in Lake county and signed an agreement stating she can only live within a 3 county area with her minor children. She wants to move and needs to know if that's binding. She would remain within the state.

You need to file a motion with the Court asking to move if you are going outside of the limits imposed by the decree. The Court should not keep you from moving, but visitation will need to change adn the Court will need to address that issue.
